The Guest Register, LLC will provide the following services after receipt of payment. The Guest Register will be referred to hereafter as TGR.

 Service Offering

·          TGR will attain guest count and menu selections (when requested by hosts and provided by guests) for wedding reception.

o         While we will attempt to gain responses for all events that you list on your custom web site, we can only guarantee a complete count for the wedding reception.

·          We will begin calling the guests who have not responded to your wedding the day after the RSVP cut-off date that you print on your invitations and provide to TGR.

·          Your final count will be provided 10 days from RSVP cutoff. Make sure you print the RSVP cut-off date (10 days before count due date) on your invitations. 

Example:  If your meal-count due date is June 11.  “RSVP cut-off” date is June 1.

 Liability

·          TGR is not responsible for responses from guests who are not on the guest list by the RSVP cut-off day.

·          You may add guests through your custom web site up until the RSVP cutoff date.

·          Hosts must provide correct name and phone number for TGR to reach all guests.

·          TGR cannot be responsible for inaccurate information received from guests (e.g A guest tells TGR that  they are coming and they do not show.)

·          While we have never had a problem with a customer requiring reimbursement, TGR is not liable to any amount over that which a customer has paid for the service.

Payment

·          Nonrefundable, complete payment is required to upload guest list and turn on the RSVP functionality of each site.  Follow-up calls to guests will not be started until complete payment has been made.

·          Initial calculation of guests will be billed based on # of invites.   (# invites + setup fee).

·          Number of invitations will be verified by the final number of guests submitted to TGR. If final guest count is greater than that of initial estimate, difference will be billed @$2/invitation to the host.

·          TGR accepts credit cards either online or over the phone. Personal checks, money orders and certified checks will be accepted through the mail. Upon a personal check clearing, TGR will turn on ability for host to upload guest list and guests to RSVP.

To accept the terms and conditions of this contract and proceed with your registration, click on the Submit button on the payment page. Once your registration and payment are complete, your site will be made live for public viewing and RSVPs.
