Your Guest List
You will submit your completed guest list in our preformatted
spreadsheet. We will post your list for your viewing only. You can reference
your responses at any time of day or night. Half of the fun is finding out who
is coming as your day draws near.
Your personal administrative access allows you to add last
minute guests that were not included in the original list. Remember if the
guest is not on your list and they try to respond, the system will not
recognize them, so make sure you keep your list up-to-date ahead of mailing
your invitations. Your guests will access their record, and their record only,
by using their phone number as their personal identifier.
Guest Responses
When you print your invitations, you will print the TGR web
address, your toll-free number, and your event number on the invitation or
reply card.

All responses will appear on your personal web report pages.
You may access your account at any time of day or night to see who has
responded. Your site is always available to you with password access so that
only you and anyone you choose to share it with can see who has responded. In
addition; as part of our Wedding RSVP Services we will contact all those guests
who do not respond, eliminating those uncomfortable calls for you, We make sure
you get an exact guest count, no need to order extra meals!
Pricing
Our fees for our Wedding RSVP Service are simple. We charge
$2/invitation that you send. A $35 set-up fee covers setting up your account,
your wedding management site, and your personalized reporting.

1. Bulletin Board Chat Room
Would you like your guests to be able to connect with one another
before the wedding weekend? Our secure bulletin board tool creates a chat room
for all guests. Anyone on your guest list can access the chat room to let each
other know when they are arriving, where they are staying or anything else that
they would like to discuss. Cost to add a chat room is just $25.
2. Data Entry
If you would like us to enter your guest list into the Excel format
for you, just let us know.

3. Ongoing Site Hosting
Even after you’re finished using our Wedding RSVP Service you
may want to keep your wedding website accessible to your guests. Share stories
and photos from the wedding, gift opening and honeymoon. Post your new address.
